Dave grew up in Ocean city, MD and moved to Baltimore, Md at the age of 17 to attend Towson University. He majored in Sports Managment and minored in Business Adminstration. His original goal was to become a sports agent but met someone in the mortgage business a few months out of college. He quickly worked his way up the ladder and is an avid teacher of building wealth through equity management. Dave started in the business in 2002 and quickly rose to a management position within one year of being a mortgage planner. After a year of leading others to the same type of success that he experienced, Dave became a partner at Premier Financial and has since opened three offices. The most recent office is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida which is now where Dave resides at the age of 27. He loves to teach and help others not only to learn these concepts as homeowners, but to teach them to other mortgage planners as well. Mutually beneficial relationships are the foundation from which Dave builds his business. He enjoys forming life long relationships with his clients as well as long term relationships with other industry leaders in the fields of financial services.
Dave still finds time to originate loans and help homebuyers every day to realize the American dream of owning a home. Dave was originally coined the Loan Doctor by his employees a few years ago for always figuring out a way to solve problems on the tough loans. Dave prides himself on his overall customer service and quick turnaround and stays on top of whats going on in the marketplace and uses cutting edge software like the mortgage coach. He also is a subscriber to mortgage market guide, Loan Toolbox, and the Mortgage Mastery club in order have the most extensive knowledge possible and to keep his fingertips on the pulse of the economy and mortgage industry. He tracks mortgage trends so that you don't have too and he is your trusted advisor for all of your financing needs when it comes to purchasing and re-financing. He has a very strong supporting staff that includes his assistant Brandan Moffett and closing cooridinator Todd Kullen. You can hear Dave on radio stations such as Heaven 1580, wycb, and wmbm as he tries to educate homeowners in the Baltimore/D.C area as well as south Florida.
On a personal note, Dave enjoys traveling, sports, health and fitness, and going to the beach near his condo in sunny Florida. His strong family values and morals in the workplace were instilled early by his mother, Laurie Trice. He is still very close with his mother and sister and knows the importance of a happy home. This is the staple behind why the Loan Doctor does his part to make sure the finanical situation of other households are as low stress as possible. |
